SaaS service terms

1. Parties and scope

The service is provided by Mancuso Milite Francesco, sole trader, VAT no. 06449790655, tax code MNCFNC96D18C361C, REA SA-524255, registered office at Via Gaetano Filangieri 132, 84013 Cava de' Tirreni (SA), Italy, emailinfo@prenotatu.com and certified emailmancusomf@pec.it. The Business Customer/Merchant is the professional, company, sole trader, salon, barbershop, beauty center, sports center or other business that requests, purchases or activates a PrenotaTU plan.

Trial and activation

Unless otherwise stated in the Order Form, the free Trial lasts 15 days, does not renew and does not grant continued free access. The annual plan is activated after cleared payment. If payment is not received by the Trial deadline, the tenant may be suspended and its data remains recoverable for 30 days.

2. Service

PrenotaTU provides an online SaaS platform for booking management, calendars, staff, services, opening hours, notifications, public landing pages, an admin dashboard, in-app support, AI features where included and graphic customizations where available.

The Business Customer/Merchant does not purchase the software or source code. It receives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use the platform for the subscription term and within the purchased plan limits.

3. Plans, prices and billing

Plans, limits, prices and features are those shown on the pricing page, quote, dashboard, order form or accepted commercial documentation. Prices displayed on the landing page are VAT included when expressly stated. Invoices are issued according to applicable tax rules.

4. Annual term, renewal and cancellation

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the subscription is annual and starts from activation or payment. It renews automatically for further 12-month periods unless cancelled at least 60 days before the annual expiry date through the dedicated function, if available, by certified email to mancusomf@pec.it, or by email toinfo@prenotatu.com. Email cancellation is effective when PrenotaTU confirms receipt; if no confirmation arrives within five business days, it must be resent through a method proving receipt and content.

7. Support, AI and data retention

Ordinary support is provided in-app and by email, Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 16:00 Italian time, excluding national holidays. AI prompts and responses are processed transiently through Zero Data Retention routing and are not stored in the PrenotaTU database or used for training.

After termination, export may be requested within 30 days. Active tenant data is deleted or anonymized within 60 days and encrypted backups are overwritten within a maximum 90-day cycle, subject to legal retention requirements.

5. Merchant responsibility

PrenotaTU is a technical tool. It is not a party to the relationship between the Merchant and end users and is not responsible for services offered by the Merchant, prices, quality of services, missed appointments, cancellations, delays, revenue, disputes or the Merchant's tax and professional obligations.

6. Data, privacy and export

The Business Customer/Merchant remains controller for data entered in the platform relating to its end users and staff. PrenotaTU acts as processor when processing such data on behalf of the Merchant and as independent controller for commercial, billing, security and account data. The Data Processing Agreement applies where required.
