This page lists the categories of providers that PrenotaTU may use to provide the service and process data on behalf of Business Customers/Merchants.

Version 1.1 — last updated: July 23, 2026. This page is a public information summary. The confidential named Subprocessor Register delivered to the Customer with the DPA remains the controlling contractual document.

Main Providers

  • Hetzner Online GmbH: application, database and infrastructure hosting in Germany.
  • Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL and applicable affiliates: files and images in eu-central-1, Frankfurt, and Amazon SES for operational email.
  • Cloudflare, Inc. and applicable affiliates: DNS, CDN, traffic security and encrypted backups with a maximum 90-day retention.
  • Google Cloud EMEA Limited and applicable affiliates: Firebase Authentication, Firebase Cloud Messaging and Firebase Crashlytics.
  • OpenRouter, Inc.: AI request routing with Zero Data Retention, content logging and training disabled.
  • Google and OpenRouter-compatible providers: Gemini execution on endpoints allowed by the ZDR settings.
  • DeepSeek and OpenRouter-compatible providers: DeepSeek execution on endpoints allowed by the ZDR settings.
  • PostHog, Inc.: minimized CTA analytics on the landing page only, hosted on PostHog Cloud EU and used only after analytics consent.
