These terms govern access to and use of prenotatu.com, the PrenotaTU landing page, public pages and informational or booking links available online.
Last updated: July 23, 2026. This document is separate from the SaaS service terms, which apply to Business Customers/Merchants that purchase or activate PrenotaTU.
1. Website owner
The website is operated by Francesco Mancuso Milite, owner of PrenotaTU, VAT no. 06449790655, email info@prenotatu.com. Any additional official contacts are indicated in tax documents, contracts or theLegal contacts page.
2. Permitted use
You may use the website to learn about PrenotaTU, request commercial contact, view public pages and access links made available online. You may not use the website for unlawful purposes, unauthorized access, abusive scraping, security interference, or to submit false, offensive or rights-infringing content.
3. Merchant public pages
Some pages may show information about businesses using PrenotaTU, including names, services, hours, descriptions, images, addresses and booking links. Such content is provided or configured by the Business Customer/Merchant, who remains responsible for accuracy, legality and updates.
4. Bookings and merchant relationship
PrenotaTU provides technical booking and management tools. The professional service, price, performance, cancellations, delays, no-shows, refunds or disputes between an end user and a Merchant remain the Merchant's responsibility, subject to mandatory legal requirements.
5. Privacy and cookies
Personal data processing is described in the Privacy Policy. Cookies and similar technologies are described in the Cookie Policy.
